List Organizer
Drop a list (CSV, Excel, TXT or JSON). It is sorted into categories by keyword rules you can edit, then printed as an A4 checklist. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Text read from your photo
Photo reading is not perfect, so check it. Fix any mistakes below, one item per line (for example 555525 Door seal 3), then press Update list. A flat, well-lit, printed list works best; handwriting will not read well.

Columns found in your file
Check each box points at the right column. If one is wrong, change it and the list updates straight away.
Keyword rules (edit to suit your list)
One category per line, written as Category name: keyword, keyword. The first line that matches an item wins, so keep specific rules above general ones. Anything unmatched goes to "Other".
